Love Hina

Love Hina is an anime comedy series about a clumsy yet ambitious young man with a great amount of personal drive being consistently plagued by horrible luck. After failing his goal of getting into Tokyo University, he visits his grandmother's place only to discover that it has been turned into a girl's dormitory. After his grandmother hands him the deed to the building, he becomes landlord, a tough job made more difficult by his side job of studying hard to get into Tokyo University, while having to deal with the pretty but mean girls living there, who never gives up an opportunity to humiliate him.
